Byelaws

The current By-Laws of the Association are below. They were last updated on 30th May 2023.

Proposal to make amendments to the constitution and governance of the Association and clartify Membershhip Status.

Exisitng By-Laws with proposed amendment are attached. The proposal has been supported by the Executive Directors. If any voting member wishes to make comment or object to the propsal, please use the contact form to send to the Association Executive. A 'super majority' (more than 2/3 of those that vote) is required to pass the motion. Deadline is Friday 2nd June.
